I worked with Joe on two projects for Colorado Engineering Inc. located at 1915 Jamboree Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80920. Richard managed the construction of the building addition which was approximately 6,000 square feet for high bay manufacturing. The referenced addition included new eccentrically loaded foundations against the existing building as well as a 2 hour Fire Wall separating the existing building and new addition as well as complicated interface between Pre-Engineered metal building structure and conventional framing.
